Dealing with Anti-virus and Spyware Issues

Dealing with Virus and Spyware's is a very tedious and time consuming process. It requires a massive amount of patience and time. Anyone who has dealt with the ups and down's of virus and Spyware cleaning know what I am referring to. From my experience it seems as though more machines these days are being infected with more and more Spyware's. In my experience, once a machine is infected with a Spyware, you have to run multiple applications just to remove them from registry files, temp folders and user profile's in your documents and settings directory. I have compiled a list of programs that I have had success with. I have used all these programs in combination of each other because I don't think there is 1 main product that can resolve all these Spyware issues.
